Claire Bentley

Claire is a senior Human Resource Professional with a wide range of experience with household names such as HJ Heinz and the Post Office both in the UK and on an international basis. She is particularly strong in conflict management and in Fair employee exit.

She has led and delivered major change programmes, including re-structuring, growth and redundancy situations, covering Employee Resourcing, TUPE transfers, Development, Reward and Relations, notably in strongly unionised organisations and in a variety of western and non-western environments.

She is an accredited Workplace Mediator and am qualified to deliver and feedback SHL psychometric testing and personality profiling.
